Aerial Adventure Parks
An important practice for all Adventure Facilities is to have a system of inspection in place to ensure that all aspects of the facility are in good working order, ready for client use. CUI categorizes these inspections into three different levels.
- A Pre-use Inspection which is done by trained staff before each use to ensure that the course and the equipment is in good working order.
- A Periodic Inspection is an aerial inspection of the adventure facility. This is more detailed than the Pre-use Inspection.
- An Annual Professional Inspection is completed by a third party professional. CUI has been performing these inspections for over 25 years for hundreds of clients across Canada.
The Association for Challenge Course Technology ACCT Standards (ANSI/ACCT 03-2016) requires an Annual Professional Inspection for integrity of all hardware, materials, condition of the environment, and equipment by a qualified person. An Annual Professional Inspection is integral to the operation of your adventure facility.
CUI completes hundreds of Annual Professional Inspections of Adventure Facilities across Canada each year. Our Inspection Services are accredited through the ACCT and our inspectors are certified by the ACCT as qualified inspectors. Inspections are completed using the most recent edition of the ANSI/ACCT 03-2016 Standards.
We inspect all components of your Adventure Facility. A detailed report outlining the status of your facility and equipment and recommendations is provided upon completion of the inspection.
Additionally, for clients in Ontario and British Columbia, CUI provides Zip Line Mechanic services.
